  • Please access the CME information on the website here. You will have until October 8th to complete your online evaluation.

  • As a reminder, you can access the agenda (also available as a PDF) and credit tracker worksheet to help you review the sessions that you participated in. You'll want to have this information handy to complete the Summit evaluation and claim your CMEs. Follow the steps below to complete your evaluation:

    • Visit z.umn.edu/CEPortal to access the CE Portal.

    • Sign In using the account you created at the time you registered for this course (do NOT create a new account).

    • Once signed in, you may be prompted to complete the required fields in your profile; pay special attention to your degree and profession. Then click submit on the bottom of the profile page.

    • Click on “My CE” in the top menu.

    • Select the “Evaluations and Certificates” button and complete your online evaluation.

    • Once complete, you will be able to access your Certificate of Participation in the same area, and you will receive it via email.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Minneapolis, Minnesota for this in-person state-of-the-art, comprehensive curriculum that addresses important clinical topics relevant to the cardiovascular health of patients with cancer.

Together with local and international experts in cardiology and oncology experts attendees learned the latest research and contemporary practice strategies in prevention, early diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular disease in patients with cancer.

This meeting provided a forum for networking and professional collaboration. All presentations will include devoted time for interaction between audience members and presenters.
